This new guide is one of my favourite spots; a place called Vico Baths near the townships of Dalkey and Killiney in County Dublin. This area is incredibly well hidden but boasts dramatic views and is a treasure trove for photographers.James O'Gormanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15268284381880489302noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1750687466951483354.post-50483898234905393312009-03-10T16:10:00.009+00:002009-03-12T10:03:55.977+00:00Church Bay, Crosshaven, County CorkSo here we are in March with a new contributor to Ireland. Conal is a student in Cork and has contributed a great guide to Church Bay in Crosshaven, County Cork.

Conal's work further illustrates that Ireland has a wealth of locations for the seascape photographer. Please take the time to read the article and welcome Conal.

Don't forget, ANYONE can contribute, please read the guide to contributing to learn how you can get involved.James O'Gormanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15268284381880489302noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1750687466951483354.post-6983657702865758152009-01-09T17:41:00.003+00:002009-03-12T10:02:49.908+00:00Killiney Bay, County DublinI travel a great deal both for work and for pleasure. It has been difficult to find a good source of guides aimed at the photographers of this world. More often than not I don't have much time to explore when I travel to explore randomly and seek out photographic opportunities. With this in mind I was delighted when I saw some fellow Flickr members getting involved in the Free Photo Guides project. I quickly volunteered to be the Irish administrator.

So it is now January and less than a month after first discovering the site I have the first location guide up (North Killiney Bay Beach - Dublin) and another on the way next week hopefully. Enjoy!

Remember; Free Photo Guides Ireland needs you! See the link to the right if you are interested in contributing, fame awaits you! :-)James O'Gormanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15268284381880489302noreply@blogger.com0
